Dr Flather listened well to my concerns and referring to historical notes did a small examination. She reassured me and gave advice. She is sympathetic and respectful. Thank you.

There were no appointments left and I need to see a doctor urgently. Dr Flather rang me and invited me in immediately despite the surgery being closed. She was fantastic.
